An aerial photograph or video will significantly increase a property’s saleability.  Not only does an aerial image provide a much better idea of the scale of a house, but will also show the extent of the gardens and land and the landscape in which it sits. Even houses and apartments that look relatively plain from ground level can have a much better aesthetic by photographing them from an elevated viewpoint.
